As an institution focused on training and certification services, LPK Geweld offers a Technical Guidance & Certification Program aimed at enhancing the skills of participants currently in the workforce. The program features a shorter learning duration, allowing workers looking to upgrade their skills to apply what they learn directly in their companies and further develop those skills throughout the Technical Guidance Program, which adheres to BNSP standards. LPK Geweld has trained over 5,000 participants and has a network of alumni and partnerships with companies in the construction, shipbuilding, and oil and gas sectors across Indonesia, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

LPK Geweld's training standards are nationally accredited by the Work Training Institution Accreditation Body (LA-LPK) with accreditation number 470/LA-LPK/XII/2023. This means participants can expect high-quality training that is directly applicable in the workplace.

LPK Geweld has a Competency Test Center (TUK) that is licensed and registered with LSP LAS. LPK Geweld can conduct certifications, particularly in welding, which are assessed by evaluators registered with BNSP. Each participant who passes the competency test at LPK Geweld will receive a National Certificate licensed by BNSP (National Professional Certification Agency).

LPK Geweld is recognized as an Approved Training Body by IWS ANB, an international certification body specializing in welding. This recognition aims to enhance the competency of workers in metal welding through the Indonesian Welding Society – Authorised Nominated Body (IWS-ANB) to improve the skills of professionals in line with industry needs.
